Do I need to create an account to purchase items in the Light Organ Record Shop? What about a receipt?

You do not need to create an account! Once you’ve your payment has been made, you will receive a receipt by e-mail.

Shop Hours

The Light Organ Records Shop is open standard business days and hours (PST). The last mail pick-up of the day is at 3:00pm. Orders made after hours, after 3pm on week days, on weekends, and/or on holidays will be sent out as soon as our shop opens back up. Please keep up to date with our socials, website banners and pop-ups, as well as any generated e-mails to know when we are open and away pertaining specifically to holidays. We promise to respond to all e-mails within a timely matter during our store hours.

How does a digital download work?

After you’ve made your payment, an e-mail with the download link and instructions will come to you. It’s always best to first open the download link on a computer or laptop.

How do back orders work?

When you order a back order item or bundle to your purchase, your entire order is placed on back order until the back ordered item has come in. We send your order out as one shipment. When the product has come in, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that your entire order has been shipped.

Promo Codes

Promo codes, sales, and discounts are non-applicable to digital downloads and the release of new albums whether digital, cd, or vinyl unless otherwise specified.

The Shipping Cost seems Wrong?

Contact us with the order number or list of products you would like to purchase, and shipping address. We will look into this for you and get back to you with your shipping options.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged product.

The item I received is incorrect, what do I do?

Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the incorrect order item(s). We ask that you return your item and once we receive it, we will ship you the correct item at no cost.

Is my personal information secure?

We securely store your name, email, shipping address, and order details in our server using SSL encryption. No personal financial information of is stored on our server. All transactions are handled securely through PayPal: a secured encrypted payment-processing system.

I’m looking for a specific product that seems to be sold out or unavailable?

We update our inventory as new items come in and we stock according to demand! Continue to check the store for updates or reach out to us with your specific search request. Some items are limited edition; so get them while they’re hot!!!

What methods of payment can I use?

PayPal account, or credit card (via PayPal).

Can I make an exchange, get a refund, change my order, or cancel my order?

All sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted . Once your order has been placed in the mail, we cannot cancel or change your purchase. Please ensure you review you order to make sure of the right qualities and sizes before confirming your order.

How long will it take to receive my package and can I get a tracking number?

All products are delivered through Canada Post. Please check canadapost.ca to review their average shipping times for your specific location. Regular shipping within Canada takes 5-10 business days, and regular shipping within the USA and Internationally can take 2-3 weeks. Canada Post online suggests that the maximum shipping time for a package within Canada is 6 weeks. The maximum shipping time for a package to USA and/or Internationally is 3 months. If you have not received your order by those maximum times, please contact us. Please review details on canadapost.ca to figure out which shipping method you would like to use as only some methods include tracking numbers.​
